Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are available at will call 24 hours after purchase. Will call is located at the Pennstar Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena. If the event falls before that time period, the tickets may be picked up approximately 2 hours prior to event time. Customers MUST bring the following:
- Credit card used to purchase the tickets.
- Confirmation number.
- Photo Identification.
Third party will call will be accepted. All guests dropping off tickets will be asked to fill out information on a third party will call envelope. This envelope must be completed in full for the box office to accept the tickets for distribution. Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or incorrect third party will call tickets.
